Alright now that I have your attention,
Yet again another post like this, I have been researching and found lots of useful info, but I'm having an H22a put into my 5th gen accord, what I am asking is this: My goal at the swap is to reach 200whp. What mods would you consider at this point to achieve this?

Thoughts going through my head:

Skunk2 cams or Type S cams/gears/valve train
Skunk2 intake manifold
what type of pistons/rods would you recommend?
what size throttle body?
what brand header?
2.25" exhaust
Hondata
clutch/flywheel upgrade

Sorry if this has been covered before (I was searching for advice, feel free to give me some links) I know this is all noob **** but I have so many ideas going through my head I just need to have them sorted out before I begin my project.

Thanks

This should give you an idea of what it's going to take.
