Default Composites Fab, Where's my hood?

I ordered 99-00 Civic Carbon fiber hood from Composites Fab at the beginning of December, and i have yet to see it. I'm not bashing them but it is kinda ridiculous seeing how it's the middle of March now, i just need to talk someone about whats going on. I try calling every day(no one ever answers), and leave a email at least once a week. Let me know if anyone has any info, cause now it's got to the point where i think i have been shafted out of my $700.

Not trying to make excuses for him, but getting carbon fiber is a pain in the *** right now.

if you are who I think you are, your hood was shipped last week and I emailed you this morning. Check your junk mail folder cause sometimes they get sent to that for some reason

Oh my bad.... that was our secret.

I hate these "company/personal callouts" they are very childish and unprofessional.

Inbound email from customers to you is easy but there is no way to guarantee email from you to a customer. You can increase your odds by making sure your outbound emails are text only with no links or pics but as you mentioned different servers do not handle email the same. Other than that the only way to make sure someone gets a response is a phone call. You may even try a different server or email address for outbound stuff. You may be on a list somewhere. I know how hard it is to get to the phone when your building stuff all day. I can vouch for these guys, from what I have seen there may be a delay from time to time but their work is class A for sure!

But it's not good to have a headline like that....

Some people do research and use that 'Search' feature. (keyword some)

PS. I understand now.... just looked at his profile, he's 19. That explains evereything. He has a lot to learn yet....

I'm not taking sides but honestly, why don't people just call and ask the owner ? I'm sure they have a number

I will agree, pick up a phone and talk to the owner, its the easiest most grown up thing to do.

well we are halfway at fault here too on the phone aspect of it. We have been training new people and so it is hard to get to the phones when we are working with resins and they have a cure time.
