Default Head build and Ferrea

Just wanted to know peoples opinions on Ferrea stuff. I'm looking to fully build a spare engine over the next 12 months, and was trying to get a list of parts together.

So far for the head, I've thought of :

Ferrea springs and retainers
Ferrea valve locks
Ferrea valves
Ferrea bronze valve guides
Ferrea valve seats
Ferrea spring seat locators

Crower stage 2 or 3 cams

Cometic head gasket

Just want opinions as to how good the Ferrea stuff is, what people think to the parts in the head, and whether or not people would change anything.

For the bottom end I would be looking at Eagle rods with OEM Type S pistons and new OEM bearings.

The car is mainly used on circuit in the UK (proper circuits as opposed to autocross), with a small amount of daily driving (probably about 5k miles per year).

I've also got some more detailed questions regarding valve and piston sizing etc, but I'll throw those up throughout the thread.
