getting a jdm b16 bar'd

hey so i just got my 91 civic hatch si with a jdm b16. the guy was a smog technician so he got it to pass smog. so i can get a registered but i want it bar'd so cops won't hassle me. so what do i need to do to get it bar'd?

well did he just pass it because he had access and was a smog tech. or did he pass because he was a smog tech and new what he was doing to make sure he ran clean?

he's a smog tech and just passed it, he didn't do it the right way. i want to make my jdm engine legal and he heard the only way to do it is to pass the bar or go to the ref or something. i dont feel like getting my car towed or anything when cops hassle me about it.
its easy, all you have to do is:
with your webpage scrolled all the way to the top, hold Ctrl and press + (4 to 5 times).
but seriously though, search its been done many times:
usdm del sol P30 ecu, carb legal intake manifold and throttle body, carb legal headers and intake, conversion harnesses are cool, etc...

here's how i got BAR'd:
- USDM P30
- JDM intake manifold, but added bypass control solenoid valve and shared vacuum with fuel pump. (note: you're supposed to have a USDM intake manifold, or CARB legal, that has a vacuum port for the bypass control solenoid valve.)
- JDM throttle body. (they're not going to read the hard to see stamp behind it)
- USDM exhaust manifold. (note: they check to make sure it wouldn't be an OBD-II with two o2 sensors. you can also have any CARB legal unit.)
- JDM airbox. (note: you can any CARB legal unit.)
- wired up knock sensor
- all SMOG parts functioning. (i had purchased a new o2 sensor, catalytic converter, and ngk spark plugs & wires.)
- make sure to have your timing on TDC (16* +/-2*)
