got a question. when the car is off and i turn it over once (1st click) the stereo starts to work. but when i start the car it doesnt work nemore. also the blowermotor doesnt work. i tested it for voltage (blue/white wire connector) and it gave .03 volts (sometimes it gave .20) . does this mean the relay is messed up? cause it starts to work when it feels like it. what should i look for/do. thanks
