well hey how you doing guys and gurls well i was thinking of painting my interior on my car its a white 92 hatchback should i paint it white or black opinionz plzzz plan on doing right now thats why just wanted to c which one u guys liked most.

I heard its somewhat hard to get fitment perfect when you take everything out. what color is it now? if anything leave it as is- dont do white, do black if you have to. A friend of mine back a year or so just taped the windsheild and the sides off- as well as anything else he didn't want to get over sprayed- and just used interior spray- still holding up, but doesn't look stock- still really glossy. I heard if you use semi-gloss it looks close to stock and you can armorall it so it looks clean from time to time.

 

Why do you want to paint it? I wouldn't paint random pieces in there white as an accent. I did that years ago and ended up regretting it and going junkyard hopping to get all the stock pieces back. If you want to do a full color change, just do black.

i think im just going to leave it as it is its black right now and the car is white well thanx ppl for the comments.

 

If it's black now and in good condition, I would just leave it as-is. Eventually that spraypaint will start to chip off and it will look like ***. I speak from experience, unfortunately, on this subject.

 

please don't do it white
i bought my hatch with the interior painted white, it sucked so bad, and it's really bright in the sun. if anyting paint it black, if you use gloss it looks like *** imo

Goddamn! Never seen one with the ENTIRE dash painted white. WTF?!? Good job on the restore, however. I bet that thing WAS blinding. wow!
