Default Need help w/ wiring!!!

Alright, I'm a noob at wiring speakers, so I don't know what to do or how to do it. So I'm here hoping to get some help from you guys.
Here's my dilemma. I have a 96 civic and I need to hook up new wires for my door panel speakers to my deck (pioneer) cause the old wires are messed up. What do I need to do? what wires connects to what? what kind of speaker wires do I need? etc. HELP!!!

TIA

How do you know they're "messed up"?

The guy at Circuit City who installed my deck told me. He was going to charge me $60 to install new wires if I wanted to do it. I couldn't afford it after paying for the deck, so I figure I'll give it a shot.

When I asked why you thought they were bad, I wanted to know the symptoms.

You should get yourself a multimeter and verify if the wires are indeed bad. I find it hard to believe that both sets of speaker wires in the front are bad...

There shouldn't be power on a speaker wire.
