I am getting my em1 re-done and I am undecided on what color to do, everything but the engine bay will be done. Its currently EBP in color. I was leaning toward the VW R32 Blue. Give me color opinions HT'ers

Why ruin such a dope color, just to go with another shade of blue? How about WRX blue?

 

If your paying for a complete color change then screw getting ANOTHER shade of blue.

well the only reason I was thinking another blue is so it blends with the engine bay not a huge deal wanted it to look some what close , dont really want candy apple with blue engine bay

 

I somehow managed to miss the part about not painting the engine bay

In that case Id just paint it EBP.

 

but I dont want another EBP SI thats why I wanted blue but a little different, maybe you right though EBP with pearl clear coat FTW

Yeah, add some pearl to the paint to make it stand out
