i just changed my cat and secondary o2 sensor because the old cat was rubbing against the shift linkage and the o2 went bad, the speedometer stopped working, so i just changed that out and reset the ecu and its still throwing that code, i changed out the o2 again and it still does the same thing. i was wondering what would be the problem and how would i fix it

 

well, according to the CEL stickied thread up top....its the 65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater wire (black wires)...so prob has to do something with the wiring
