is there a stock clip for power windows and locks in a 96 dx that does not come with power windows and door locks?
if not is the wiring there?

 

Uhhhh... had to read it a couple times, but i think i get what your asking. The door harness (wiring) for power windows only comes in cars with power windows(kind of a duh but someone had to say it). The only wires that are in non powered door civic are for the door speaker.

 

This is what you need to convert your car to power doors:

1. Complete door innards, wiring and switches for both doors from a similar year to yours (ie, 92-95, 96-98, or 99-00).
2. Both door panels for power doors.
3. The floor harness for a car in your similar model year that has power doors.
