mpg on your R?
my R takes about 23.8 mpg.. i just want to know if thats just about right? mostly freeway drive and dont really mash it. its all stock. i still think its a little low. i had a civic with gsr and it average 28 mpg.
i think its different for all car. depending on condition of injectors and so on. My old GSR with type R swap ran aroun 21-22 miles to the gallon. My current R runs about 25-26mpg depending on how i drive. this is when im going somewhat tame on he throttle. Also, invest in some type of GOOD fuel additive/cleaner...it seems to help.

Not sure is my math was off a little but moving thru the NV/CA desert on a straight shot from Dallas to San Diego, I saw ~36mpg @ ~ 100mph. Minimal throttle, steady for each tanks without any stops. Outside temp range was 80-10x degrees.
I get about 300-320 miles per tank...I drove 800 miles with a burnt valve and no compression on cyl4 to get home, and even got around 30mpg. I would think 23-24 is low.
