here are some pics of my civic i cant decide whether i should keep improving the looks or go with performance dont want da shity single cam dats in it but buying a b16 swap for 2 grand will put me way bac in da wallet wit no lip and no power wut should i do? also how do u get off trial user

What you shoulda done was the performance on the car first then the looks, thats just me though. Anyways this belongs in the Appearance/Cosmetic Forum, I doubt any one here gives a rats-*** about your plans/car. Just the truth.

Why's everyone such a dick here? This is a Honda COMMUNITY. Help the guy out, or don't post.
I say don't do anything drastic performance-wise, unless you know your way around an engine or a turbo, and if that be the case, be very subtle with your visual upgrades. ie: change out those bright green wheels, get a modest lip, and do some research until you DO know a bit about what you want to do with her performance. Don't listen to these guys. You've got a clean start to a HONDA, so you're welcome on HONDA-tech.

Ok serioulsy you need to put some thought into your engine choice.
People dog on SOHC's all day long and go spend 2-5k+ on a new motor swap which in most cases will never see anything more than a few bolt ons.
If you put that into a lightweight SOHC it would be fast and it would be awesome.
P.s. People have to be dicks when they see stock hondas with green wheels that look like they came off the 05 version(i think?) raybrig nsx.

Its funny, it seems like you can have 100 hondas in a parking lot these days and be able to tell which ones are just ricers that had no plan for their cars. They just wanted to fit in and started throwing bullshit on them, which if you think about it, doing all that garbage to your vehicle puts you farther away from the "racer" scene.

Eh...not feelin the grille or plate, but mostly I don't think those wheels look good at all. I'd throw the stock grille back in, minus the H emblem...then take that plate off and polish those Rotas.
After that I'd find an FBP Si lip and swap in a B18B if money is tight.

i say dont listen to anyone else but yourself when it comes to modifying YOUR car. no one else can tell you what you like. thats why they call it customization, you make it your own. if everyone listened to everyone else every car would look similar. do what you want. but in my opinion.. go before show
