Default JDM vs USDM Vehicle Speed Sensor

Hey, i have a jdm type r motor with lsd and my vss is messing up where it would read anywhere from 0mph to so on mph or drop from like 60mph to 0mph and stay at zero. I already swapped out the cluster and it still does the same thing. So i took off a speed sensor from a ls and a gsr tranny and the size of the usdm vss is fatter than the jdm vss. Where would i be able to buy a jdm vss? the vss on the jdm is gold on the gear while the usdm ones are black. Please help, thanks

JDM USDM it doesn't matter, speed sensors are the same. Some are gold and have a metal gear on the end some are black and have a plastic gear.
