Default RPM Problems relating with shifting....

I have a 00 Civic Si and it Just happened today while I was driving. I noticed that when I go into different gears, mainly 1st thru 3rd gear it would take a second longer for the RPMs to rev up. It feels like the gears arent pulling. The car drives fine. No problem at all. The car is bone stock. Just curious to wut it is... hope it isnt too serious, just a nuisance. Thanks.

It's a bit unclear what sort of problem you're experiencing. Perhaps a slipping clutch?
