Hey my 96 Accord typically idles around 5 or 600 rpm, which creates a little vibration,. Is this typical with '96 5 speeds with a 4 cylinder?

The idle speed is on the underhood sticker, you are a little bit low.
You might want to clean the screen of the IAC and also scrub out the ring of crud around the throttle plate; Berrymans B-12 carb cleaner is top shelf stuff, for this kind of cleaning. When scrubbing around the throttle plate DO NOT use a wire brush, your room mates toothbrush is the best choice.
If you still need to raise the idle speed there is a gray covered screw at the 11'O'clock position in the pic below, counter clockwise to allow more idle air.
