Hey guys, so i have been thinkin about painting the sides of my hood for awhile now but i never can make up my mind. I like the painted look, but once its painted its stuck like that...so i just can decide..what do you all think?

either leave it alone..or paint it all(not just sections)

 

i think you should paint the whole thing. amd while your at it, you should paint your side skirts.

 

Yes yes sideskirts are going to be painted and i think im going to get the roof done gloss black

 

i would leave it silver, the black roof thing is played out. but it is you car, and i think it looks good silver.

 

leave it unpainted

Ive been wanting to do it forever..my real reasoning is that my roof is fucked from cats taht use to sleep on it and its ever so slightly cheaper to get it done back and i dont think itl look half bad

 

i say paint the hood and roof.

 

yeah i would paint the roof and the side skirts to match the car and leave the carbon alone. good luck

You should get a cf trunk if you are painting the roof black. Keep the hood one color

because CF just screams "steal me!!!"

if I do get a CF hood/roof/trunk, they are getting painted for sure. CF is your friend, but its also a thieves friend.

 

yeah i suppose, but honestly the reason i got the cf was for looks....in reality the weight saving means jack-all. I dont really drive much and when i do its not in bad areas, so i dont really let thieves dictate how i have my car.
