how do you get a striped spark plug out
First of all, try pulling the spark plug out with a hot engine (or warmed up at least) because it will be easier to remove than with a cool/cold engine while using a 6pt socket for spark plugs (should be 5/8th's I believe). Don't ever use an air wrench to try and get the spark plug out! If you break the plug, you're fucked; if you get it out you will have fucked up threads, requiring you to have a mechanic drill or ream your spark plug hole for a Heli-Coil. Be careful tho, cause the spark plug will and head will be quite hot!
Hope that helps a little.

The sweet thing about this kit is that you don't have to drill or tap or pull the head!

Take the head off and flip it upside down. Soak it with PB Blaster. Grab the threads that protrude into the combustion chamber with vise grips and break it loose or drill it out.
Yeah, I rounded one off in my old TT Nissan and was able to take the head off and break it loose from the other side with some needle nose pliers. It took me two hours just to remove all the misc lines and crap just to get to the head bolts, then it took me five minutes just to get the plug out. Damn Z cars. (jk, god I miss that car)
