Put my stock caR on the dyno today!!!...............
To make long story short I ran 159/121 on a Mustang dyno today. I honestly felt that the numbers are kind of low. The guy who was working told me Mustang dynos read lower. The thing is its still prolly acurate and not much lower than for example a dynojet. what do you guys say?
UPDATE
Today I went to UD motors and jumped on their Dyna V1 Dynajet and brought up this number 163/124........???? Nothing seems consistent.

thats right on man...mustang dynos do read i believe 15% lower or something like that...regardless on any dyno if your stock engine is putting out over 170whp then your a lucky bastard haha. Most stock dynos are in the low to mid 160's

What do you mean nothing is consistent? You ran on a *different* dyno and a *different TYPE* of dyno at that, why are you surprised?

From my previous experience, when i ran my GSR on 2 different dynos the numbers were off by 1 or 2. This was a while back. I guess compared to what my GSR ran, the numbers seem different for the R.
dude its fine...your numbers are dead on for stock...maybe 1-2 whp lower than most. I have 218 whp on a dynapack, but if I went on a mustang dyno I would prollyonly make like 210

Hell, that seems plenty consistent.
