Ok, will the wiring harness from a 96 civic match up to a 99 ls motor? and if so what wires do i need to extend or what harness need to changed or cut and what wires will not be used if any?

should work..you'll have to depin the dizzy plug to either obd2a or obd2b which ever ecu you are running..
