Default spark plug question.

So my car boggs like **** and I haven't seen my car boosting fully @ 7 psi yet. barely 5 psi @ 5k rpms. Anyway.. I had the bkr6e-11 spark plugs regapped @ .28 i read bkr7e 6097 works wonder who i got those plugs and regapped it closer .28 ish and later checked the plugs and it was still too hot. should i go 8's or 9's? I'm running b16a with t3/4 hybrid turbonetic with wastegate set at 7 psi spring. I read someone's write up about the how to read spark plugs. my tip colors changed all the way to the ring. if that makes sense to anyone. where as normal is just to 2/5th way the tip changes color. blah.. anyway.. should I get higher numer spark plugs? help please. perhaps brk8e or brk9e's? if they exists..
