Default Some Clutch Questions

I in need of a new clutch and i've tried searching for which brand clutch kit would be a good choice. I'm thinking of buying the exedy stage 1 clutch off of ebay. Here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

It claims that it has everything i need for a new clutch installed (I'm not too familiar about all the parts that i need) Would that be a good choice clutch to purchase for that price?

I looked at that; it shows the flywheel and also has a description of the flywheel, but reading the listing closer reveals the 'kit' does not include the flywheel.
But yes, to answer your question the clutch disk, pressure plate, and throw out bearing are the 3 items needed to replace your clutch.
It's a great idea to go ahead and change the rear main seal at the same time also.

the auction does include a flywheel, but not from the exedy kit, its from F1 racing.

So i wouldn't need a new fly wheel? This auction does include a flywheel but F1 any good?

you dont need a new flywheel unless yours is worn or warped. i never heard of F1 so i wouldnt know. but the lighetned flywheel will help with acceleration since its less mass for the engine to turn.

generally no, but it's a good idea to atleast get the old one resurfaced while you are replacing the clutch.
