Default alarm led?

is the light suppose to be flashing after the alarm is disarmed? cause mines flashes when i arm it and disarm it. what seems to be the problem?

ARE you sure you have the LED plugged into the correct port on the alarm brain?
It should be next to the starter cut leads, a blue port, on the same side as the parking light jumper access door.

The other possibility is, if when you arm the alarm the LED flashes at a rate of about ones a second, and when you disarm it it flashes twice as fast, you are in passive arming mode, the alarm will arm 30 sec. after ign. is turned off and door is opened and closed. 94
