STUCK THROTTLE CABLE PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EDITED THE STORY TO MAKE IT HAVE SOME SENSE IN IT HAHA. SORRY I WAS TIRED.
OK since i had this problem before and no one could really help me out i thought i make this post to help any one else that has this problem.
PROBLEM: Well if you have the problem where u step on your gas pedal and let it go and it gets stuck. So you have to press on your gas pedal a lil hard to loosen it back up. which makes it seem like your reving at the person next to you.
STORY AND ANSWER: Well I bought a edlebroke throttle body few months ago. Everything worked fine until today once it got stuck. I really mean stuck bad where i couldn't even step on the gas pedal to loosen it up. So I decide to spray wd-40 on it like what most people on here said to do. Didn't work. So I took of the whole throttle body. and examined it for a lil bit. I pressed the butterfly down really hard and it finally broke free. So i played with the butterfly for a lil bit. I saw as well as heard that the butterfly was rubbing against the throttle body wall. So I cleaned it with some carb cleaner like what most post here say to do and still it would get stuck. It did helped a lil bit but when i let the butterfly close fast and hard it would get stuck like before. So I unscrewed the two screws holding the butterfly in place pulled it (butterfly) a lil bit. After wards I tightened the screws back and checked to see if it rubbed n e more which it didn't. So I figured that was the answer. So I rechecked to see if it was locking still once I released the butterfly to close the air. Well it didn't. So I made sure everything was tight and in place then whoa-la it was fixed. Slammed it a couple of more times just to make sure and did not stick one bit. So there you go you guys that is how you fix this dam problem i had for so long. I bought this edlebroke throttle body because my b16 throttle body as well as my LS throttle body got stuck the exact same way. So I guess it still worked out for the best. G-lcuk with your throttle body honda tech members.
Sorry for the long story but just wanted to get it out there.
Here are the pics it will explain everything itself. OOh and this one was from my ls which was fuked up. Now it doesnt get stuck n e more.

Wait. What? I don't understand. Can you explain your solution differently or with less words or something?
nope no defect just the two screws in the middle of the throttle body that flaps the air in n out. Just loosen a lil and readjust hte metal circle piece until it doesnt rub against the walls of the circle (throttle body) then tighten and there you go. The stock throttle body had two phillip screws while the edlebroke had two of the star shape screw.
ill post some pics in the morning with my stock b16 throttle body since it is out of the car

Well now all i need to do is figure out how to get the other idle problem fixed. The problem when u let go ur gas pedal slowly and it gets stuck so u rev high n have u pull the gas pedal up so it goes back down.

can anyone re write this haha
sucks to be you the photos should be self explanatory. Just loosen the screws that hold the butterfly plate in place readjust the plate so it doesnt rub against the throttle body. Then just tighten the screws and check to see if it still gets stuck. If it does repeat the steps over again. ;p
