i have a b18b1 with a ls cable tranny i recently swapped into my 89 civic hatch dx, and i already have full msd everything, 2 1/4 exhaust and intake done already, and i was wondering what a good setup would be turbo wise, internals ect..., my goals are to get atleast low 13's on the 1/4 mile, while still using it as a daily car, while keeping the cost down as much as i can, and was wondering if anyone had any advice, or experience, my cost limit is about $2,500 - $4,000

You should be able to run low 13s with the stock motor. You're going to be at the higher end of your cost limit though.

Turbo isn't cheap.

 

low 13s would be easy with that budget. You could see around 300whp with a good tune on stock internals.

 

with that price range you could easilly buy a used turbo kit, have a nice tune, and possibly buy some slicks

 

what turbo kits would u guys reccomend? ive heard good things about rev hard, any advice on this would help ALOT
