Default 91 Civic HB Si....sold!!!, new project 91 CRX Si

Sold her and boy...did I miss her.

Got her for $1500 last week, she runs real good. Only problem is the rear end damage from the previous owner. I have visited how many shops in my area and all of them are telling me that it's too expensive to repair the car and it's not worth it.

Found a shop that will repair it for me, it's scheduled for next week Friday. I will go ahead and get her repainted with the same color, Tahitian Green. The owner kept everything OEM, even the cassete radio. And this is the first CRX I have seen with a cruise control. Door speakers are shot, 3 of the wheel caps were just recently stolen....damn. Future upgrades, Cold Air Intake (AEM or Injen), MSD Ignition Kit, Clutch needs to be worked on, Suspension to be upgraded with Form & Function Coilover Kit. I think I will keep the SOHC for awhile, will not be putting the B16 this time, I might go SOHC VTEC(JMD).

Let me know on what you guys think. I will update as soon as I get her back from the body shop.

Pretty good deal for 1500. Body looks pretty straight other than that damage. How many miles are on it?

Mileage is 133,011, mainland miles. For us people in Hawaii, that is really good. Car came from Arizona, so there is hardly any rust on her. Damage is not only on the bumper, it looks like it also pushed the corner in. Might have to pull the rear to straighten her. CRX rear bumpers are not that strong when they get hit in the rear.

Thanks for the input guys and gals. I have a lot planned for this baby...as long as the funds is available. I am hoping that the body shop do a good job in restoring the rear. Like I said, it's not only the bumper, but the driver tail lights got pushed in by 7". I will try to take some pictures today of the damage internally.
