is the coil hooked up? Did you convert it to internal coil? Is there power to the harness on the dizzy? are the spark plug wires all cracked and crappy?

i bought brand new spark plugs and wires and no i didnt convert it to internal im using the old wiring harness and old dizzy what do i need to do i have a internal dizzy also but the external coil dizzy is off the old motor
yes check coil, and check timing belt, mine jumped and thus i got no spark. after replacing plugs, wires, and distributor.
you are mistaken. If the timing belt skips, you will still have spark, given that everything is working properly. The timing belt does just that, Times the engine. It makes sure that the valves are open when they are supposed to be, and closed when they are supposed to be. The timing belt has nothing to do with a no spark condition. What it will cause is a no START condition. If its not timed correctly, the spark may fire on the exhaust stroke, and it wont start.
well thats just what happened to my civic, the timing belt jumped and threw my timing off. i bought a new distributor, new plugs, sold my msd. took my vavle cover off and my timing marks were way off. after that i got spark and it fired right up. so it might not of been working properly. i just couldnt get spark for the life of me.
id have to say check your external coil

when my 92 accord didnt start last summer, i was told to replace the main-relay under the dash, and it fired right up. accords are prone for this relay going out. check to see if your getting fuel.
