Default Ran it today how's my 1/4 mile times???

Ok i ran my car for the 1st time this year and the 1st time on slicks.. I made 390hp corrected on 21psi last night with a AVCR boost controller.. I can't get this thing setup right for nothing.. I ran 24.5" MT slicks on 8.5psi..

1st run a 12.6 at 119mph w/1.985 60ft time-8.3 1/8th mile at 94mph
2nd run a 12.7 at 119mph w/2.014 60ft time-8.5 1/8th mile at 94mph

Unhooked the AVCR hooked up manuel boost controller on 18psi
1st run 12.0 at 121mph w/1.841 60ft time-7.9 1/8th mile at 97mph
turned boost up 4 clicks maybe 1 psi
2nd run 11.9 at 122mph w1.850 60ft time- 7.8 1/8th mile at 97mph

I could'nt get boost over 19psi with the manuel my WG spring is 10psi someone told me you can't run more then double your spring.. I was probably at around 370 hp corrected today..

It was also very humid but only 65 degrees..

Your 60's are somewhat poor. Are you still bogging or spinning? You've got plenty of tire so either you're bogging or not heating the tires enough. I'd run lower pressure too, like 6-7 psi. You should see mid 11's with 122mph traps on slicks.

You have too much air in the slicks.

Try a 2nd gear burnout and about 6.5 to 6 psi in the slicks.

Actually every pass i made i used my cheap tire pressure guage it said 5 psi.. Right before my last pass i used a guys electronic guage and they we're at 13psi lol.. I lowered it to 8.5 psi with his guage made 1 more pass and rolled out..

I was'nt able to preload at all my rear brakes blew.. I'm gonna install a line lock on my front wheels this week should help alittle.. I also got really beatup oem axles i was revving in between 7-8k trying to find the sweet spot and riding the clutch slightly.. The car did'nt spin much at all..

Last year i had a b16 tranny with a open diff and 2 bad synchros it ran a 12.4 at 115mph but had bad wheel hop 2.1 60ft that was on 205-50-15" bfg drag radials.. I WAS GOING THRU THE TRAPS IN 5TH GEAR

Now i got a GSR tranny w/LSD and I stayed in 4th all the way thru the finish line..

Its a stock bore,stock sleeve 9:1 compression b16 with built supertech head on a 60 trim- 63ar

I ran the 1/8th mile today ran a 7.6 at 96mph with a 1.8 60ft ..
And a 7.7 at 92mph with a 1.7 60ft had trouble with boost this was on 1 bar..

6psi felt way to low felt like it was coming off the rim i could really feel it on the track and it did'nt improve 60's.. Seems like 8-8.5psi is the sweet spot for me..

If you want to compare times. Run all the same boost settings. Do you have traction bars and what is your suspension setup like?

Yeah got traction bars and omni 12k front and 10k rear full coilovers..

I'm gonna sell the AVCR and the inline pro manuel i got and get me a simple to use 2 stage manuel or profec so i can hopefully hold boost steady.. I think i'm having problems because i reinstalled my turbokit without the gasket from the WG elbow to the WG and the WG to the dumptube i can see blk soot every now and then at the flanges..
