i have a five speed 93 dx coupe that is bone stock exept for the exhaust. when i go to start the car up i press the clutch in and the fuel pump primes but the car will not turn over. i then put the car in neutral and try it again and then it starts up, but this does not always work. once the car starts it runs fine, and the battery and altenator are still good. Any ideas?

 

have you checked the wires on the battery sometimes all the bulk builds up between the heads and there not a direct conection ot hte battery.
