Default believe i broken a tranny

well this weekend i decided to go to the track . during my first run , off the line i wheel hopped really bad and right after the wheel hop, the car act like it was in natural. i put it into any gear it wont go anywhere so i thought i broke an axle. well after the embarrassment of getting pulled down the track we checked to axles and both where not broken or torn . so i jacked up the car and put in any gear just to check and here's what it is doing.

passenger side wheel locks up like it supposed to while in gear with car off.

drivers side just sits there and spin like the axle is not inwhile in gear with the car off.

tried to wiggle the axle to see if it was loose but its not so my car is still sitting at the track

my setup is 93 coupe

d15b vtec
dx tranny
greddy 15g kit
stock axles
stock psi

plus when i spin the drives side wheel while in gearwith the car off, once every 30 seconds it will lock then it will begin to just spin again. any help will be very appreciated

man that sounds like a it could be a few things ...need to get it home or to a shop and pull the axles if you don't see anything wrong pull the tranny and go from there G/L

I have the same turbo kit you do. The d15b cant handle much more than 8 or 9 psi for some reason they blow out rods really bad (old motor x2) so i picked up an si motor, the z6 and same with the tranny and other parts. that motor can handle 16 lbs daily with that kit and the emanage. i boost hard all the time and it keeps on putting down the power..my idea is..get a z6 they rock!

so could being that it was a dx tranny really be the reason the tranny gave?
