Default what head gasket are you LsVtec-Turbo guys using?????

I am getting ready to mate my head and my block together soon and I am not sure on which head gasket to use??? I am looking to push about 450hp. My block is a B18A1 w/81.5mm Cp's and I am using a B16 head.

I have been considering a cometic head gasket or an OEM, also would I have to get a Ls gasket??? One other question I had was I have seen people use copper spray, is that nesseccary or recommended??

Thanks for the help,

-Dan

i run a cometic hg on my ls/vtec set up. They make a gasket specifically for that combination. I didnt use any copper spray or anything just make sure that you plug the (i think its the oil feed for the head so dont quote me) on the back left corner of the head because the block doesnt have a hole o match up wth it and would leak oil everywhere. also my motor is running ~450whp.

My bro ordered a 81.5mm GSR headgasket from GE, they sent him an OEM GSR (81mm) gasket but for a cheaper price because they bulk them. His headgasket sealed fine, I'm unsure if this headgasket will work for LS/VTEC Setup but I would assume so.
