Euro styling, shaved bay an new engine. PART 2
----------------HUGE UPDATE ON PAGE 3 TODAY 2. JULY-------------------
Hi Again, many of you have read my thread from last summer.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1603806
It was a hard and very fun project, the B16B replica engine that i build was great to drive.
A buddy of mine asked if i wanted to sell, and said yes and sold him the engine, couse since i put the B16B in i really wanted the K20A2 :-)
Now with the engine sold, we went to Sweden 500 km from Denmark, and picked up an allmost new K20A2 with tranny 21.000 km :-)

Here is the tranny, that now has a OEM LSD :-)

I´m missing alot of pictures cause my main computer died with all pics :-( but the car looked like this before we started to take it part.

Car went to the bodyshop, i had some small rust issues, and the holes ind the engine compartment needed welding this time, last time i just covered it with bondo, not the best thing to do :-( but i´m doing it right this time.

After 5 weeks I goot the car back again, with absolutly no rust and no holes he he but in the mean wile i spendt a lot of money on new parts, here is a few.
SSR 4-2-1 header

Gator stg 2 axles

CTR cluster

Karcept shifter

New flor mats in black, very rare in Denmark :-)

Raybrig fooglights

Si front grill

Polurethan bushings from energy suspension.

Fuel lines

Fuel rail from golden eagle

Aem FPR

Temprature sensors and HAsport "thing"

Hybrid harness

My recaro seats from UK :-) dunno if the rear seat will fit, but it followed the front seats.

Well on with the car, this is the day i got it back from the bodyshop, was i happy? Oh YES :-)

New windscreen please

Test fitting the HAsport EKK1 mounts

Started replacing the old busshings in the front.

Decided that they will be glassblasted and powdercoated, out with the bushings again LOL

This will go to, damn old rusty parts :-(

The inside became the outside, or sort off

Removed some of the black sound proff material, cause of new paint job.

Overwiev of all the "mess" I have made he he

Well started some bondo in the engine compartment.

And more

And more

Some of the fun part :-) RSX shifter mounted in the car, nice cut there

A buddy who helped me alot, had some fun with some of the parts, i think he fell in love with that K motor :-)

More engine compartment stuff, allmost done now.

Started to make new seals, this is very hard to control, one second it looks allmost perfect, you touch it once to make it perfect, and then its ruined and you have to start all over again.

And then i gave it some "rubberpaint" don´t know what it´s called in english? but its like rubber, and you can sand it down so its as soft as a childs ***.

Now with skateboards he he, dunno how I will get this on the trailer next week, when its going to the painter.

Thats All for now i will update when i have some news
