ok i am turboing my 1990 si and my precision 440 cc injectors do not go into the fuel rail far enough. i am pretty sure the seals are going in all the way but the fuel rail doesnt sit right for me to tighten the fuel rail down. any suggestions??

try lubing them with some oil. should fit...

 

You have to bore the grommet or shave the injectors

which grommet? the o rings do not look like they are holding the injecters back from fitting. it looks like the injecter does not go into the fuel rail/im far enough. i noticed there is some plastic on the injecters i could trim but i do not want any leaks

 

They'll fit into the rail, but not into the intake manifold.

 

so what do you recommend i do to the im to make them fit?? what do you mean by boring out the grommets??
