Default reading code

I just swapped my b16 outta my 91 4door into my new 88 crx. the engine threw no codes before the swap now the light will not stop blinking. I'm a noob so i was wondering how many times can the light blink because i watched it up to 43 and it was still going, please help plus I'm getting no fuel to the engine so i think the code deals with that, fuel pump? I just want to know how to read code

that would be weird because i used that ecu with that engine to drive it up to the house where i did that swap at, then i disconnected and its just been sitting in my gf's room since then
