Default Headlight Rust?

My passenger side headlight seems like it has rust inside of it. I guess moisture got in it and started to eat away the chrome paint. It is very nasty. So now I've got the headlight off and am looking at what i should do. Thinking painting the inside chrome but not sure what type of paint cause of the heat of the bulb? Also, how does one take apart the headlight anyways?

any paint should work, they dont get that hot. theres a write up somewhere around here about how to seperate the headlight halves. you have to heat them up in an oven or something.
