Default removing/installing engine without removing a/c?

This may seem like a noOb question; but, I have removed and installed d-series motors a couple times; but none had a/c. I'am now building a d16 and am looking for a crx w/ a/c to put it in.

I was just wondering if I could remove/replace engine without disturbing any of the lines and having to recharge the a/c. could you remove the compressor while it is still in the car and just take out the engine?

Yup. I did this for my brothers 97 Civic. Just unbolt the A/C compressor from the block, be careful when pulling the engine out so you don't get it caught on any of the A/C lines.

Yes. I have found it easiest to remove the compressor, leaving it on the xmember, and then I remove the a/c bracket for a little extra room.
Take your time. Good to have an extra hand around to help not get the engine caught up on the lines while lifting out the engine, or putting it in.
