Default Anyones door locks ever freeze? (power locks DC4)

I go to the car wash today, and everything works fine.
it got colder out (~21 degrees right now...) and now my driver side door won't LOCK. As in, its stuck unlocked... opens and closes fine - no other problems.

I hit the unlock on the keyless and it makes a rapid click-click-click-click when i try to lock the door. When I try to unlock the door, it clicks once as usual and sounds normal. But then I hit it again to try to lock it and same thing: clickclickclickclickclick!

I tried the key - key goes in, and you can turn it both ways, but it won't allow me to lock the door. Not with the key, not by hitting the switch on the inside of the door, and not by the keyless entry....

Also, while openning the door from the inside, the handel feels almost like it not connected to anything... Perhaps somethin inside my door is stuck/broke???

What should I do? is it just frozen? is it broken? Anyone have experaince with this? (DC4 w/ power locks....)

I'm gonna take the door panel off tommorow and spray soem de-icer or WD40 or seomthing and see whats wrong - but for now I guess ill just take my radio/sub inside for the night...

Dam I hope its not the motor... I hope its just frozen - Only reason I suspect it is is that I went to teh car wash - then the temp drops below freezing...

Yeah true, but I cant lock it either - at least the alarm will go off if someone opens the door - Then I have 2 seconds to hear the alarm before they disconnect the battery and steal my car

All better now - Didn't work at first but after a 10 minute drive the locks work fine....

Wierd b/c its still below freezeing - must have been frozen and the vibrations of driving free'd it up... no sporay or anything
