Default electrical question, plz help!

hey guys,i got a 90 CRX dx that i recently swapped a dohc zc motor into...converting from dpfi to mpfi was hard for me, but i got it right an had everything running.i used a wiring method that called for running all new wires to my injectors straight to the ecu, not using my existing main an aux injecter wires like most ppl do..

in the process of finishing up my car i accidently left a yellow wire from my old main injecter exposed an it grounded out to sumthin on the motor an now im getting no spark,my fuel pump isnt turning on and that lil red led light on my ecu doesnt blink wen i try to start it anymore.

after looking at a wiring diagram i thought it was my main relay that sits above my hood popper inside the car...changed that an still nothing. the blue wire that comes out of the main relay that is supposed to be hot during ignition seems to be dead..

heres my question, on the diagram in the link below, the blue/white wires that comes from the main relay supposedly has a 10a fuse...in location 2? is there any other fuses in the car besides the box under the hood an the fuse block above my pedals???? any help would be much appreciated!! thnx!

its figure 20...1988-1991 crx std.

It'll be the one that's blown.
