Default please dont kill me (dpfi to mpfi) help.

Sup, I know this has been covered a million times. I have gone through 7 pages of search and couldnt find nothing that can help me.
Here's the deal
ZC motor into a 88 civic. PG7 ecu

Problems
Car cranks but it doesnt turn on. Fuel pump does not turn on or primes. No spark.

I have tripple checked my wires, (this is my second car, first one worked like a charm). I have run injector wires (A1, A3, A5, A7)straight from the ecu. C1 and C2 moved to B10 and B12. C1 C2 out to cylinder posistion sensor.
I have changed the main relay but no luck.

On the main relay there are two yellow/white wires that supplies the power to the ecu. I get 11 volts. There are two green/black wires that aslo come from the ecu but I dont know if they are positives or Negatives. A black/yellow wire that brings power when ignition is on. The only wire that has me confused is a blue/white wire that comes from the (B13)ecu that should be grounded all the time ( I say this because I tested on another car ) but it is not. I checked for continuity from the relay to the ecu and its good. I also get no power from the yellow/black wire that supplies power to the injector and pump ( all this tested at the main relay box)

The weird thing was I carnked the engine and the ecu thru a 15 code which I know it was the white wires at the distributor. Switch them around, and now I dont get any more cels but still wont turn on.
What else you guys think could be wrong that the ecu is not turning on the injectors or firing?
This **** has me puzzled.

I swear this is my last dpfi /mpfi conversion

do you have a good connection at the ground wire on the thermostat housing? - it is ground for ECU and most of the sensors
