clutch pedal broke!! need help!
i have a 91 hatch and the clutch pedal broke, how do i fix the damn thing, its just loose and sitting there. it doesnt engage or disengage. do i just buy a whole new pedal set or just replace whatever is broken? also do these pedals usually just break like this? i have a b18b1 ls engine in it does this matter? any help is greatly apreciated

Yes the pedals normally do break like that with age or increased load from aftermarket pressure plates. You can tear it out (about 90 minutes if you take your time and have never done it before) and try to bend it back together and weld it up, or you can grab a new set out of a junkyard, weld some re-enforcements directly to that and then install the improved set.
man you messed up... its a pain in the *** to replace. its wraped around your steering colum.. so you gotta mess with your vent ducts and drop your steering columb :/ good luck,
