Default Honda civic greddy turbo, Running Too LEAN!!

I have a 95 honda civic ex with a greddy turbo kit. I have upgraded the injectors to venom oem replacements. Every thing was fine until I recently had a clutch installed and I took the car out to find that the autometer digital air/fuel gauge was reading very lean. I am used to seeing the guage say rich. So my first assumption was the fuel pump. I had that checked out and that is right around 40-50 psi which is good. I am checking my spark plugs constantly and the plugs look perfect. When I excellerate the guage starts off at rich then as soon as the turbo starts to spool the guage sinks to lean and off the meter. The excelleration feels the same. Could I have a bad guage all of a sudden or could the greddy computer box or bypass box be messing up and not speeding up my injector pulse to match the boost. Either way I have no clue what to do next because greddy is telling me that it can't be the box which is what I happen to think it is. I am open for any suggestions!!

if nothing else works, you might want to try buying a pre-set program for your ECU (fuel mapping).. BTW, what kind of fuel rail are you using? Venom? what size injectors do you have?

I am the freind of this kid with the turbo kit. he used my name to find out whats wrong. Anyways, I am pretty sure the turbo kit comes with the preset mapping. He has called gerddy numerous times trying to figure out the problem (thinking it was the box that hooks up to the ecu) but greddy insists that there is no way there could be a problem with it. I will notify him though of your suggetion.

He has checked the plugs for a frosty white residue(meaning that it would be running to lean) but the plugs seem to be fie(a golden color)

Any othere suggestions anyone???

im thinking that the injectors are bad... if it comes down to it, and Greddy is brushing you off, try buying bigger injectors, an AEM fuel rail, and a new fuel pump... by the way, you might want to try buying a Motec meter to measure the air/fuel ratio.. the ratio should be either 11.1 or 12.1..... good luck
