Thumper T-106

Best bang for your buck, and its upgradable!

(I like sentences and capitalization. Check out used Saab or Volvo turbos, small t25 type things would do well is my understanding)

all in the tuning... without a tune, the smallest psi of boost is far from the best for your motors health.

Don't get caught up on a PSI number, it means nothing really. 10psi on a T25 doesn't equal 10psi on a 60-1 when it comes to whp#s.
How much power are you wanting to make?

Go to http://www.turbobygarrett.com

It has a very good turbo information page. It has Turbo Tech 101, 102, and 103 haha. But yeah, check it out and it will cover just about everything. You'll find that trim is: Trim is a term to express the relationship between the inducer* and exducer* of both turbine and compressor wheels. More accurately, it is an area ratio.

This is in the very beginning of 102.

No, not a 60, I just put together a setup this morning using a 60 trim on a "mild" H22 setup.
A 50 trim is a nice match for the stock SOHC. A super T3/60 is as well.

I have my issues with your ability to build a car that would actually perform better than a Z06, since you have issues with grammar and spelling. Maybe you're capable, but I edited your post to make it more legible for everyone else.
