Default Does it matter if block's original transmission was auto for ls/vtec?

see title.. new at this so be gentle.. Am i going to have any difficulties if my b18b was originally an auto, but i'm aiming at a b18c head and running a manual?

Manual and auto blocks are the same.

Make sure you get the flywheel & the bolts to attach it to the crankshaft. The bolts for manual are longer - don't try to use your (shorter) automatic bolts on the flywheel.
