Default esmm? torque damper?

from what i understand motor mount inserts are a good thing to have with a race header to prevent cracking or stress on the header itself. Would a torque damper yield the same results as inserts? thanks

simliar, yes
but why not esmms?
cheaper, pretty effective
for best results, go with the enjo mounts but they cost a pretty penny
