Need help ASAP
I was driving my CRX tonight and slowing down for a red light when my car stalled. I didn't think much of it until I started it back up. There is a light knocking/pinging sound from near the middle lower end of the engine. The engine still runs but the idle is very bad and it also has little to no power. I'm not sure yet if I have spun a bearing or messed up the bottom end yet. The motor is a d15B and everything is stock on it except for 2-1/4" exhaust. I worked on it today but only replaced the throttle body, put on the stock airbox, replace IACV, and put on the exhaust braced on the downflow pipe after the exhaust manifold. The engine is very clean internally as it has about 45K on it (estimate), so I need help if this has happened to anyone else. There is no check engine light. It is an OBD-0 system so I will check the red LED on the ECU tomorrow to see if there are any codes.
Right now I'm thinking/hoping a fuel injector went bad but I'm not sure what the symptoms are exactly. I know how to test them and will do that tomorrow in the daylight. The pinging is not extremely loud and there is no visible smoke coming from the tail pipe except for once when a light colored (hard to tell in dark) came out briefly. The car ran fine before this except for a low idle caused by a finicky throttle body. Also it has a manual transmission and everything is fine with that.
If anyone can help point me in the right direction on diagnosing this I would appreciate it a lot. I'm getting up early tomorrow before work to look at it and will post any other info I find.
Thanks again.

It ended up throwing a code 16 - which is a faulty fuel injector. Well, it looks like I solved this on my own also. Oh, but thanks a lot for everyones help......oh wait no one helped at all. At least I can always rely on you guys.(sarcastic)
