Default subs cutting out/ voltage drop

Well about a month ago, i was listening to my radio and working on my car, and without paying attention to time, the battery died. Now, i had a problem with my headlight connectors so it used to only be 2 headlights plus 2 fogs on instead of 4 headlights plus the fogs. Well last weekend i stripped down the headlights and connected them hardwired, so now i have all my headlights working. Great.

So now whenever i have my lights on and the heat, my subs will cut out at idle. I have a voltmeter thing in my car so i can see what the charge is, and its around 13 while im driving but it DIPS to as low as 10.5 while im at idle. It never used to do this before, but im not sure if its because my alterntors too small now to supply all the power, if my batterys crapping out cus i drained it compleltely, or if the subs are clipping because i lost all my settings from my radio.

I did check the subs, and they don't sound like they are clipping, and the amp is not overheating, so im not sure what to do

The cars a 96 lx accord, headunits a pioneer 6800MP i believe, and the amp is a diamond 600.1 with diamond d3 subs. I have another pioneer amp running the rear speakers but they don't seem like there cutting out, but i can't really tell.

forgot to mention, that i did program the headunit again. I have the HPF on, and the 50 hz and the 125hz are both set at 4. With the subs off, the interior sounds fine.

Take the car to a batt./alt. shop and have them do a load check, it only takes a few minutes and most places do not charge for the service. 94

i think im going to. I bought the battery at advanced auto, and it wasn't all that long ago. I think it has a 3 year warrenty so im gunna see if they'll give me a new one. I mean im not running a monster system here, but i guess it might be pulling a little more that what the stock alternator can handle.. or the battery is reTarded.
