So... my name is Mike and I am converting all of my parts from my wrecked hatch to my coupe shell that was GIVEN to me from a good friend to help me out. I am going to do my best to take lots of pics. Time for this project is at minimum because I am going to school and working full time, enjoy..

What did you paint the block and the valve cover with?

you sir are totally lost.. all EG Mike is doin is transfering all the good parts off the hatch on the coupe so he would have a complete car.. Most likely the hatch front end will end up on the coupe because its in good shape and the coupe has no front end..

ok...thats what i had in mind since the beginning, ever since yesterday when he posted this thread on the 92-00 civic forum...but just earlier today, the title got me thinking and actually confused me....that why i asked...so this project really isnt a conversion...its just moving from one project to another...

 

Alright sorry about the title... It is hatch parts put on coupe body... sorry for the confusion but it sounds better how it is.. I will be doing a minor wire tuck on the engine bay as well... I have been working on it alot lately ,,

Friday I stripped the teal's engine bay and cut the front core off because my friend is buying it for 100 bucks... I also droped both front end suspension w/ sub-frame .. going to switch non-pwer steering over to the coupe w/ the brakes b/c they are new and I know everything worked good on it..

Saturday I got everything out of the hatch that I could b/c work let me go after 4 hours.. well this is where I am at right now .. I am waiting on my friend to come help weld the teal's passenger side mount into the coupes engine bay... auto-&gt;manual
