what do u guys think is a better quality bulb as of brightness and build quality?
or pay the extra $300-400 for some hid??

I've had PIAA Superwhites for over a year now, and now problems. A little more light than stock, clean, clear light, and cosmetically looks better. I happened to get them for a good price. If you do a lot of night driving and are looking for a sizeable increase in light, get the HID. Also, if you have money burning a hole in your pocket, get HID. Otherwise, I can think of many o ther "performance" mods that can be purchased with that money.
