Comments on my new clutch set-up andother bolt ons
I have an 02 Si and its about to break 100,000. I have always enjoyed the car, minus some insignificant things about it but the one thing I have been displeased with has been the clutch! I came from a 91 Crx Si B16a with the Tranny with the lsd and it had a stage II ACT clutch in it. That was an ok clutch... I am haveing a shop in Birmingham called Speedsouth install a new clutch and some other things on my car. At the present time it is bone stock. I went with the suggestions they gave me because A: He uses the same clutch set up I am getting.
I'm having a stage II SPEC clutch/pressure plate combo, along with a SPEC Lightened Flywheel, and my slave cylinder for good measure. Also doing a Injen CAI and the Magnaflow full exhaust ( the one that has dual tips that highly resembles the stockl muffler.
What kind of gains should I expect. Should i expect to even feel a difference? Givin the clutch is gonna feel way different, but all of that put together is going to be a plus?...
Any experience with these parts or opinions are more than welcome thanks!

Nobody has any comments on a new Stage II clutch/pressure plate/LwFw Cai and a cat back exhaust? I read that a RSX-S cat will fit straight in. Is this true and is it better than my Ep3's?

Its actually kinda depressing that none of you all have any opinions or comments. I thought H-t was full of opinionated junkies! Ohh well, Ill give you my opinion next Friday!

To start, who the hell is Rob? Secondly, what did you dislike about the stock clutch? Have you noticed slippage, is it too streetable (read practical) for you?

why the expletive would you get a magnaflow exhaust , the last time i checked we dont go slapping on magnaflows and flowmasters on our "big rigs".that ***** designed for v6's and v8's , not 4 cylinder vtec engines

Not particullarly. Sound quality as for as being quiet and it highly resembles the stock exhaust. I dont want a coffee can look on my car. personal preference! And if it sucks ill get something else. And Nobody has had anyhting to say about the damn transmission setup. who is honda-tech land in riding around with a stage 2 clutch and a lightened flywheel? for god sakes
