D15 head on zc

I have a ef with a sohc zc but i want to put a d15 head on it because i am going to fix my zc head, but will the zc timing belt fit on the d15

SOHC ZC = D16A6

D16A6 Head = D15B1/2/7 Head
The only difference will be the cam gear, your timing will be off if you don't find a way to move that 4.5 degrees or so.
