Default swapping doors from lx to dx

i got a lx parts car that i want to swap the doors and various other parts....i want to know is it going to be that much of a hassle getting, and doing the wiring for the locks and windows....thanks in advance

As long as the parts car and the original car (the car you want to put the parts onto) are the same year, give it a shot. I don't see any doubt in my mind why taking LX doors and putting them on a DX wouldn't work. Let me know how it goes.

well yeah they both are 1991, im just worried about getting all the wiring right....that and the fact that im gonna have blue doors on a maroon car for a while

The wiring is all the same. Perhaps go to your local auto store (ie. Pep Boys, Autozone, VIP, etc.) and purchase a Haynes Repair Manual if you're that worried about the wiring. I have one myself and it helps me out a lot. In the back of the manual it has all of the wiring plans (how and where everything in your Accord is wired to). But, don't worry, taking a LX door and placing it on a DX should work fine.

wiring to the doors is what you need to be concerned with, that's about it

essentially, the motors just require power and ground, nothing special there, if you're willing to put the time into it and wire them up - go for it.

my thing would be that it'd save alot of time and money if you just sold yours and bought one of your liking

well i have mine and the only problem is taht the windows dont roll down on the front....and i got this donor car for free so i figured id just swap the doors out and have power ones
